  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The tasks are very organised and I know what I need to do and complete in the amount of time I have been given. However towards the end for my end point assessment was a bit unorganised as it was a new criteria so it was very new to everyone.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Wanting to get that qualification made me work hard and do the best that I can do. Also within the qualification you learn so much about customer service and the company. That helps you perform your best to help the customers to give them the best experience. The qualification also teaches you how to juggle tasks and customer service at the same time.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Within the program you go to a apprenticeship workshop which helps you develop your skills as well as meeting all apprentices. You also go and work in a diffeeent store for a week, this is good as you can see that different stores work in different ways as well it’s a different work environment to work in and learn from.

  • I think it’s such a good company to work for as you learn so much with different tasks you do. And also meeting loads of different people develops your communication skills. When working with your team gives you a feeling that you are with friends giving the best you can with the company as you all work together so well.
