  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is organised and structured quite well. There was a clear plan in place and the process getting in was straight forward and the response time was relatively fast. However, there were a few mid term changes which we weren't aware of at the time and this caused stress and inconvenience. Specifically, the change in the duration of the programme was not well received.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification through the training provider does not help me perform better in my role at all. I believe it is a pointless competency qualification which only wastes the time you have which could be spent on revising for the qualifications which actually involve your day job. This should be removed or improved.
