good, monthly meetings. The online portal for the CIPD level 3 qualification is great. It is easy to access and use. there are a lot of resources available. my tutor is always very helpful and has good communication. I think at the start of the apprenticeship scheme the learning provider could have been clearer about the programme and what would be involved throughout the year. I think I received this information to late

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think that the level CIPD 3 is going to be essential for my role to understand HR processes and government laws surrounding these processes. the qualification is recognised and wanted nation wide. I want to use the level 3 qualification to build my knowledge to be able to complete the level 5 CIPD
