As I felt I was quite knowledgeable in regards to the work which has to be carried out within the programme, I personally didn't feel the need to request for help in comparison to other within the programme. however when I did required some form of help or understand it was definitely given.

the qualification has defiantly helped me to perform better in my role, as deeper understanding of the role was elaborated through out the course of the programme helping me to perform effectively as well as efficiently. This understand not only benefited within my perform but also within the level of service provided to customers
