  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work on front of house on till and I do pack I also do drinks and present bust mostly till serving and greeting them when they come to the till first person they will meet at that point. I also do lobby clean and make sure its tidy always

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt to remind my self that we are all different and not a like and all have different skills and that we can learn more every day. I can achieve more throught my apprenticeship while at work as its away of getting my store working better and faster

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • This has mad a big change to me as I have now done my English and passed them both throught the apprentership and now feel more confident in my self and can now help others achieve theirs. I'm also going to go the next step up changed me massively

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very I'm very happy that every time I need support that my trainer is there is so supportive he could not do enught for me and rings to make sure all is ok and rings to say what is going to happen or if there is a change happening

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I don't feel that there is much help there at all I try and get the help ask for things to help to progress but don't get very far and I get very frustrated because of the lack of support and help and wonder why I do this

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get so much help from my training provider he is there when I need him and messages and calls to find out if I'm doing ok and makes all the meeting that we have made. And always supported me throught the course with my course work if needed

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Vert well if it was not for my training provider who helps me out when i need it I would not be where I am today and would not still be in the same job and about to finish this course as well and go on to the next level

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • None at all my work have never told me about anything the only help or support I've been given is from my co worker and she started a moth before me so was hard to keep up to date on everything but then I got the support I needed

  • 9a. Would you recommend KFC UK & I to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I have enjoyed everything about this.course being able.to do my English and maths level 1 and to get my self another course passed and to show others out there that you can do it with a bit of hard work and a lot of help support and effort


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KFC UK & I?
  • Enjoy the course and help and support and make sure you take all the support you get. I would also say make sure that people listen to on what support you need like products to help you on your way good luck also phone your provider for help if needed
