Machine Setting and Operating
Yes, i have learnt how to set and operate modern CNC machines and how to conduct myself within the workplace
I enjoy it
I think that the apprenticship could be more strcutured but this is seeming like it is the case as new apprentices start
when i have needed support it has been available
Initially this was an issue however, after changing colleges this has now been resolved.
In my current position within the business, i dont think it will have a massive impact. however, as i progress through and hopefully take on a technical role i can see where this will benefit me
Football and cricket during the summer

In the right departement it is a great place to work
