first I have a daily worksheet to-do which tell me to cleant the workshop empty the bin. once I do that I then check all the workshop tools to make sure there are working , I then check the workshop vans to make sure there safe for the road when a tech is out in one.

ever since I started the the programme I have learned so many skills I did know I had or knew I could achive like thinking on my feet I was not very confident with having to think on my feet but tehe job has helped me do it by letting me join someone on daf aids

I enjoy the programme I love to stay behind and work weekend because my work is a good place to work and the workers are fun to work with and help me if I am struggling with a job or to understand something they have taught me while working with them

my work is very organised and are always on the ball when a truck is due in and when they have to leave or go to mot. there also good with were tools kept they are always where they should be and are always in working order which is good

I receive a lot of help from the techs when I don't understand anything thewy wil take the time to show me then let me do it myself or will go on daf rmi to show me the correct procuder to do the job which helps me a lot with my job

I feel the provider helped me a lot in role by giving me some of my own jobs to see if I can do it under the pressure and have the knowledge to do the job given to me and the skill to check daf rmi if I need help

we play football every few weeks against other depots which is a good communication with my woks friends and sometimes we do work nights out to have some fun and relax and have laughs
