As a team member, it is my responsibility to provide excellent customer service on a day to day basis and to provide a safe and fun working environment for other to work in. I also take it upon my self to train and get better in anyway that i can
I haven't really learnt any new skills or developed any new skills since working with KFC. If there was a chance to improve this then i would take the opportunity straight away. I am always willing to learn and improve my limited skill set that i have at the moment
I enjoy learning new things and improving my knowledge. I find it very interesting learning about the different types of legislation that there is in place and i found this to be very interesting. I have gained a lot of new useful information since joining the apprenticeship programme you have
Its is very well organised and structured compared to how it was before. My previous trainer didn't have the right attitude towards the programme. They weren't very organised and they were late for meeting sometimes. The structure i have now is perfect and really sits well woth my busy scheaduel
I receive a great amount of support from my employer. They are there to help and support people who are doing this apprenticeship im anyway that they can. They have been there with me in every way they possibly could. They are the best people to work with in anyway

She is a great person to be around and she is very good at what she does. She will sit with you and help if you get confused or stuck she will be there to help you out
It has helped me perform my job role to a more passionate work. I am able to provide excellent customer service after each meeting. I have a better understanding of everything and i now know what i need to do to improve on my service and myself in every way i can
No there isn't that i know of. If there was, i wouldn't be very open to do them as i have a couple health issues that prevent me form doing this. I have bad anxiety when it come to crowds or i get to stressed out. It isn't that often
Yes
It provides a great working environment and is a good place to start your career. Many of the people you meet will become some of your closest friends and you will develope skills that you will have will help you along the way in any kind of situation you get
Always be you. There will be a lot along the way but you don't have to take it personally. There is nothing to be worried about. Some of you might be better than others but at the end of the day you are you and that's all that matters
