  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As recruitment admin I carry out basic duties in order to help my team carry out their role. This involves raising and publishing job adverts in line with SLA and ensuring all the correct details are in each advert. I also CV search and contact home managers to help assist them in the recruitment process.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider as she comes into the office to review my work and talk about my development and anything I'm struggling with. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that my qualification helps me perform well in my role as it enables me to understand what is expected of me as an admin and what different types of skills are needed when fulfilling admin duties. In particular I am doing a piece of work on the recruitment process so it allows me to find points for development in my customer service and how I administer the recruitment process.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • As apprentices Anchor Hanover ensures we are involved in activities. Recently we took part in raising money for a homeless charity where we then collected the donations and handed them over to a worker from the charity and featured in the newspaper. We also visited one of the homes and took part in cake decorating.
