  • Everyday my first job will be to prepare the vegatables for the next day to make it eaiser on the chef the next morning. Throughout the day i will need to be washing up any and all dishes/cups that come back to the kitchen so that it doesnt all build up. I also have the responsibility to keep the kitchen clean and tidy so that the chef doesnt have to go looking for everything that he needs to use. i will need to clean the fridges, worktops and mob the floor. The final thing i need to do each day is prepare the snack trolleys, these will consist of milkshakes and biscuits for the resident to have while they wait for their next big meal

  • 9a. Would you recommend Anchor Trust to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because you are offered support throughout the course and when you do struggle they do their best to help you thorugh it. I would also recommend it because of how many different roles they have varying from care staff to I.T technichians. This is important because they can apply for a job they want to do

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Anchor Trust?
  • I would tell people to look for the role that they would like as there are a bunch to chose from each with their own sub roles. I would also tell them to look at different locations as their are a lot of them and it could reduce travel for them
