The team is extremely organised and everyone knows where they stand with one another.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

My training provider isn't great, they have caused a lot of issues and I wouldn't recommend them to be used elsewhere. They are unorganised and I didn't receive any support from them. However, my assessor did try her very best to get me through the course although she knew I was unhappy with the service of the provider. When either I or my manager alerted my training provider about problems that arose they were not able to address of the issue.
