  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • My training provider isn't great, they have caused a lot of issues and I wouldn't recommend them to be used elsewhere. They are unorganised and I didn't receive any support from them. However, my assessor did try her very best to get me through the course although she knew I was unhappy with the service of the provider. When either I or my manager alerted my training provider about problems that arose they were not able to address of the issue.
