My Current role is HR Administrator and this involves onboarding colleagues into the business (New Starters).
I have learnt to use many new systems and learnt about Right to work and the process on DBS'.
I really enjoy my job and my colleagues I work with.
My programme is very well structured with monthly visits and work set each month to be completed by the next visit.
If I have any problems I can always raidse them with my manager who would take them into consideration and support me.
I Receive a lot of support and in each monthly meeting we go through a support procedure if I have any issues or problems.
My work I have set is quite self explanatory however it can be difficult for it to fir in with the role I do as it is quite unique.
We do have Christmas events and seasonal events we recently had a sports day where the whole of HR did sporting activates.
