  • My Current role is HR Administrator and this involves onboarding colleagues into the business (New Starters).

  • I have learnt to use many new systems and learnt about Right to work and the process on DBS'.

  • I really enjoy my job and my colleagues I work with.

  • My programme is very well structured with monthly visits and work set each month to be completed by the next visit.

  • If I have any problems I can always raidse them with my manager who would take them into consideration and support me.

  • I Receive a lot of support and in each monthly meeting we go through a support procedure if I have any issues or problems.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My work I have set is quite self explanatory however it can be difficult for it to fir in with the role I do as it is quite unique.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We do have Christmas events and seasonal events we recently had a sports day where the whole of HR did sporting activates.

  • Yes

  • Anchor Trust is a very good company to work for as they are very supportive in any decisions you make.

  • be honest and be yourself. Anchor likes honesty as this reflects on the applicant and how they will fit into the business.
