  • 9a. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have been here 11 years now and I have made a lot of very good friends over the years from working here. I have been allowed to change my rota over the years to suit me and the hours and pay are very good. There is always overtime too.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • The hours and pay at Aldi are very nice and there is always overtime for everyone. There are a good bunch of people working here ao no one ever feels left out. You can apply to swap your shift if you need to suit home needs but It is a very physical job though so you do have to work hard.
