  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure of the programme is organised very well. Everyone on my team (and throughout the company) fully understands that as an apprentice you have other work to do. Warner Bros. offers a range of sessions for apprentices to further develop their knowledge.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • In extremely large companies it is easy for young people (apprentices) to be put at the backbencher of the organisation however Warner Bros goes above and beyond to ensure that apprentices are getting proper training and experience to enable me to fully develop and flourish. Every single person on my team is willing to sit down and explain what they require from you and make sure they are providing you with the support you require from them. I have full confidence that I will be well equipped wherever my career takes me in the future.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I enjoy working with my training provider (WhiteHat) as they do all they can to ensure my experience is fully enjoyable and there are lots of opportunities for me to learn both in and outside of a classroom environment. They try to do their best to ensure apprentices do not feel as if they are missing out on the uni experience and as a result offer a range of programmes that are not exclusive to your qualification but also linked to networking, personal presentation, public speaking and much more!
