  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme I am in is very organised and has a great structure of 18 months at college with some on site visits and then after the 18 months on site 4 days a week and 1 day at college on day realise. This is a good balance of practical and non practical development.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ineos?
  • I would give recommend that others practice the aptitude’s a lot as this is a very important part of the application process. I would also say that be prepared for lower wages as an apprentice wage but as you become fully employed it is fully worth it as your pay significantly increases.
