  • In my role at GSK I help Maintain the operations and Keep them running when we have problem on the Line ( where the product is put together and also where it is packed).

  • Yes, this program has allowed me to developed my skill in troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working at GSK the people are so nice and the Atmosphere is a great one to be in we are always looking into the future to better develop are skills and equipment and to always Put the patient First.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In the US it is not as structured as in the UK I believe We Don't have sit-downs with are manager to see what we need to improve on we kind of just show up and do are Job Like another employee which is fine but sometimes you need confirmation that you are doing it wright.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My Employer as of GSK are there for us but the only problem is that in the US there is no apprenticeship coordinator, so we just have to go either with the flow or send emails if we have a problem. Because we may see are coordinator once a year or so. at least in my experience.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I Receive a lot if training both from my FLL and also my Co-Workers.

  • Because all of my training providers have been there and understand what I need to know and where I need to be.

  • I believe there are in the UK but not I the US that I am Aware of.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is an awesome company to work for they are a great organization, and they really care about there employees. and like I said in the question above the atmosphere is amazing. and they want to see you succeed so as a company we all can succeed.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GSK?
  • Try it you might take that back try it you might fall in love with this Job. if you are interested in the field of study or anything I say go for it you will learn so much, and GSK wants you to learn as much as you can and will support you on your journey.
