1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

as a transformation manager, I am responsible for ensuring the project I am working on is progressing according to plan. It also involves stakeholder management, relationship building and leading/driving change with my business area.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am finding that I am re-learning and adding to the knowledge I have. I have gained a view on the whole course and know there will be skills i will develop for the first time.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the mix of people and to be taken out of the daily routine to spend time on learning is refreshing.

so far whenever I have asked a question I have had a prompt response and know that they are available when I need them.

everything on the course is relevant for my current role and progression.

yes there is a program of events i can access to gain support share and socialise
