  • Because of the one to one support that i had received i feel that it has allowed for me to preform better in my job role as i have developed the necessary skills to be able to use them day by day in work. • 9a. Would you recommend Network Rail to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a highly upstanding company, there are many jobs roles that can be suited to anyone and everyone, they are able to cater to everyone's needs and give advice on where they feel people would be suited to work. they also do not discriminate and are able to employ anyone.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Network Rail?
  • To be confident in the answers that they give and to answer with what you feel is the correct answer rather than giving the answer they want to hear, as seeing something from a new perspective may give you the advantage needed to progress in your career. I have had a friend start the apprenticeship in the last year and she is doing very well with it all and is very much enjoying it.
