  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme has been laid out very well for us and has had plenty of support features involved, all units contained a power point presented to us by our tutor and any issues or questions we had/have are always answered with clear and well worded answers helping us to understand what it is we need to do.

  • The support recieved from the training provider in my opinion has been brilliant. They have always been very attentive to us even during the slightly harder units, and in the lead up to exams have given plenty of time and also tasks to help prepare us for each task at hand.

  • Everything from the course has changed the way I view my role and perform within my role, I have a much clearer understanding of the importance of food safety and food hygiene.
