  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I feel the content is good and am really happy with my assessor as she is very helpful however am occasionally finding faults with the systems. My assessor is good at explaining the requirements and answering any queries. I look forward to progressing further into the course especially into the project management aspect as I am looking forward to learn more about my project whilst being able to identify my strengths

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I do feel that what I have experienced so far has has some organisational/structural issues such as workbook content not matching the presentation in our masterclass. I have also found that when working through GLP learning hub that the content hasn't followed the instructions and almost as if some information is missing. My forskills programme has had a glitch where my profile and what my assessor can see show 2 different people but only 1 of me shows up on the system. My assessor is dealing with this any trying to rectify.

  • My direct manager is being very supportive, offering help, assistance and guidance. He is also allowing me to take more responsibility in the office which will help me with meeting targets/units on my course as well as teaching more management skills. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it is helping me identify things I wasn't aware of before to help tune my skills. I am currently beginning to train a new colleague in the office and it has given me the tools to identify the learners approach so I can tailor the training to how they would best learn as well as increasing my confidence in myself as I can see I am handling things correctly.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We do have fundraising events for our partnership with teenage cancer trust, colleagues also arrange their own activities. It is a very inclusive company and I feel that the social support you get is the best I have had/seen/heard of in any previous role. The fundraising events are especially good as they raise money for charity, enable different staff from various departments to interact whether you are a selector in the chill or a logistics director.
