  • Very well structured in that we’re always busy and don’t spend time sitting around.

  • They constantly encourage me to improve my work and do well in college.

  • A lot of support is provided to me by my colleagues and managers.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Some of it is useful, PLC work is useful however I cannot see a practical implementation for some of the work I do in college.

  • Not as of yet, however I plan to join anything that comes up.

  • Get good at talking to people as everyone is very talkative.
