Work experience Review

My work experience at Deloitte provided an insight into consulting amd many other sectors. They thoroughly explained what worrking on each of the sectors will require of us. I feel as though i now have the informafiom i needed to ascertain my future career direction thanks to my work experience at Deloitte.

My work experience at Deloitte has allowed me to sharpen my presentation skills through the numerous presentations we had to prepare. For each presentation we had to research and come to a coclusion regarding the subject matter of the presentation. We also provided both quantitative and qualitative data to back up our conclusion.

The sessions were conducted in an engaging manner with a range of activities that also involved moving around. I aslo enjoyed developing my presentation skills through the numerous presentations we had to prepare. Reasearching and comingg up with a conclusion regarding the subject matter of the presentation was also very interesting.

The work experience was very well organised. A booklet with all the information we needed was provided at the beginning. We knew exactly what the schedule was and when we were doing each session. This allowed us to prepare for each session. For example, I was able to manage my time accordingly.

The Aspire programme was a work experience programme. Hence, we were not paid for attending. However, I learnt many skills from this programme so I would describe it as an enriching experience. I honed my presentation skills through the numerous presentations I prepared. We were reimbursed for the travel costs.

I would advise others to ensure thet research the company thoroughly before deciding to apply. They shoukd research about the differ3nr secto4s there are at Deloitte and carefully determine the sector they would like to apply for. They should find out about the many opportunities they offer and decide which societies they would like to join.
