I am an Electrical Apprentice, this involves learning to inspect and repair electrical components within the factory.
I have learnt many new hand skills and I have been given the chance to develop my existing skills that I had gained before starting the apprenticeship.
I am very happy with how the apprenticeship scheme is run and I find it very enjoyable.
The apprenticeship programme is run very well.
I am confident that if I need any support from my employer I will receive it.
I am able to gain full support from my training provider in the workplace.
