  • Remember the scene in the matrix where Neo says "I can do kung fu!"? I have that sort of revelation at least twice a week now.

  • Love it. Most fun I've had in years! Placements and degree course are enjoyable and the staff feel like friends, not managers.

  • Very much a part of the team, we're not treated with kid gloves, we're actually employed as members of the broadcasting team.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Occasional hiccups for us, but we're the first year of the programme - ironing out all the things that need to change!

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Not a great salary, but it does cover living expenses, and it is very much possible to live reasonably well off it.

  • Lots of chances to get involved and do a wide range of extra placements and events.

  • Yes

  • Incredible workplace, amazing contacts, strong friendships. Relevant course material, interesting topics of education and exciting and vibrant placements.

  • Definitely apply - it's the best decision you'll make all year.
