Remember the scene in the matrix where Neo says "I can do kung fu!"? I have that sort of revelation at least twice a week now.
Love it. Most fun I've had in years! Placements and degree course are enjoyable and the staff feel like friends, not managers.
Very much a part of the team, we're not treated with kid gloves, we're actually employed as members of the broadcasting team.
Occasional hiccups for us, but we're the first year of the programme - ironing out all the things that need to change!
Not a great salary, but it does cover living expenses, and it is very much possible to live reasonably well off it.
Lots of chances to get involved and do a wide range of extra placements and events.

Incredible workplace, amazing contacts, strong friendships. Relevant course material, interesting topics of education and exciting and vibrant placements.
Definitely apply - it's the best decision you'll make all year.
