1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

7/10

Within my role as Business Support Apprentice I have many responsibilities. Updating reports, representing the team in meetings and handling data just to name a few. These responsibilities vary from monthly set requirements to ad hock requests in relation to any upcoming event or presentation we are likely to me involved in.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

7/10

I have learnt various new skills since starting the programme such as Microsoft office skills, time management skills and communication skills. I have been exposed to many new software's and computer programmes to access data, this has helped me develop my IT skills and understand how to format the data requests into appropriate slides.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

8/10

I enjoy my programme and feel I get a vast exposure to many departments. This gives me the chance to understand the organisational structure and to understand how I work and what areas of the business are suited to myself. I hope to further my knowledge by shadowing other areas of the business.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

8/10

I feel the apprenticeship is very organised and my tutor works in a structured way which I prefer and have realise that it works really well for me. We have tasks set to us monthly and a deadline date to work towards. Everything is clearly spoken through in our meetings so I feel confident with the task ahead of me.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

6/10

I feel the support that I receive from my employer is okay, I feel that it is hard for them to get too involved in my apprenticeship as they are extremely busy. I feel very comfortable approaching them if I have any questions or queries to do with my work.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

9/10

My training provider is really helpful and I find it very easy to talk to her and share anything I am struggling with or would like some guidance with. I like the regularity of our meetings and how I feel I am on track with my programme and completion date.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

8/10

It helps you reflect on your work and understand why you might be doing something or how you can go back and do it better next time. It helps you understand your job role in more detail than you may first think, which is helpful when it comes to evaluating yourself.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

6/10

There are many social activities and professional networking events to get involved in, these vary from dinners to award ceremony's and nights out. I have felt very welcomed at any of these events and have enjoyed meeting new people. I would love for there to be some sports activities!
