  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship at Imperial Commercials as I was always given help when it was needed to succeed. I enjoyed getting to know the product of the company as well as learning a completely different job role to what I was used from my past experience and employment.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program was very well structured as I always knew what tasks to complete before my next visit from the tutor. From the start of the apprenticeship I also knew what each module consisted off and had full support from the college and my tutor and this gave me the support I needed to finish the apprenticeship

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Imperial show a lot of support towards their apprentices as this is shown through one to one meetings on a monthly basis with your manager and mentor/tutor. This helps with monitoring the progress and work load that I receive each month and the work could be carried out in my working hours.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor was very helpful though out my apprenticeship as she was always willing to help with any question I had at any time. My tutor visited every month without fail and each time a new assignment was set, she made sure I understood what was being asked of me completely before leaving. She was always a call or email away and this was very useful.
