  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My job is a customer facing role, I serve customers food and drink, answer phone calls and take bookings, set up the bar and restaurant area, ready for service, set up tables and functions, as well as dealing with customer feedback. A lot of what I do is staying pro-active furring quiet hours, so I do a lot of cleaning and organising.
