  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's a great group of people to work with and good oppurtunities within the area I work in. I feel the grad programme would grant greater oppurtunity though, perhaps regret not coming in at graduate level.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by WTW?
  • I feel the relationship with my manager could be developed further but feel like a valued resource. I also admire the positive label of the overall 'school leavers'.

    7/10

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is flexible which is preferable to me. Greater structure in terms of the exams (ACII) would be beneficial but with high levels of training, overall good.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • With paying rent and travel it is definitely a tight squeeze each month, however I am earning rather then getting into debt and very few people will manage to fall straight into great money.

    5/10

  • 9b. Why?
  • For a school programme it is a very good one.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
