  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have had a few issues with my training provider since I began my apprenticeship, which has been disappointing. There has been a lack of communicate regarding many aspects of what is required, one example is I was not informed that I was suppose to complete a range of reflective statements over a whole year until it was 4 months before the deadline which made this very difficult.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel my qualification has gave me a wider range of knowledge and skills in order to perform my role better. It has allowed me to pick up roles easier and quicker, meaning that the rotations of my placements has ran smoothly. It has also gave me a better understanding of what other teams do in the finance department who I may have to communicate with.
