  • my role as a technical apprentice is to go around the departments in the BAE systems organisation on the brough site over 4 years to get an under standing of how the company works/operates whilst learning the skills needed to become a technical engineer. on a day today basis my job changes, some days I will be shadowing current employees on their jobs and depending on my time in a placement I will be undertaking tasks myself in order to help the department.
