  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I get to site around 7.30, check my emails and prepare anything I need for the day. At 8 I go on to site to ensure that all the contractors have started working in the areas needed. Throughout the day I monitor and manage works activities across the ground floor of the project, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and safely.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that my qualification is beneficial to my daily role. It allows you to learn the theory behind what you are doing on site. For example the theory behind laying rebar and pouring concrete.
