  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt the skill of confidence in my own opinions and ideas. As being within different placements and having supportive people around me has helped me to put my ideas forwards to give a different perspective of any problems at hand. This I feel has developed tremendously throughout my scheme.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme very much. I feel that by learning whilst also being in the workplace helps my understanding a lot. As I feel that the reasoning which is missed through on the job experience can be filled in through learning at college as well as the practical use which is missed in the learning element is filled in through on the job experience.
