  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Working as a Business Analyst in the Business Transformation department. We ensure a project is making the right change for the business by meeting with, and understanding the requirements of, colleagues that are impacted by a change. Each project is different and therefore you will find that no two days are the same in this role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is enjoyable and informative. The nature of the work suits my preferred style of working in that each project or stream of work is a new way of working, and requires you to learn about a new area of the business from scratch. This means you are always able to challenge yourself and will not have the opportunity to get bored.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured. The apprenticeship provider, AssistKD, visit regularly and set tasks and milestones to be reached within these visit periods. VWFS respond really well to the AssistKD guidance and structure and ensure that the work I am diond aligns to the requirements of the apprenticeship course.
