  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have most defiantly learnt how to manage time more this skill was key when I first started and is very useful now whilst I doing my studies and I really had to learn how to balance them. A skill I developed was my training technique I had the ability to apply and adapt previous skill in this new working environment.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy what I do because of the work life balance I am able to have control on ways of working and time management. I believe they're should be social aspect or more of a apprentice network to connect as sometimes it can feel isolated being on a team full of professionals which can be difficult to relate to

  • MY qualification links with my role in many ways and although there not directly linked the skill and the information is very much useful considering I work in supply chain it link very much to the field area of work which make it even more interesting to apply or even see how these theory work in practise

  • 9a. Would you recommend Unilever to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Unilever has so much to offer its not just about the role you perform but how that effect the business on a bigger scale. There are many oppintunities and I'm sure almost everyone out there unilever has a role for them because the job tittles and oppintunites are endless.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
  • Expect to work hard and put the effort in and expect for it to not be easy but in a rewarding way it is worth the experience and the qualification however may seem difficult when friends are at university partying. The opportunities at the end though are so worth it.
