  • During my apprenticeship at Wesleyan I was involved in a number of activities including minutes and action taking, activity planning and writing reports.

  • I've learnt a wide variety of admin, management, analyst and people skills. This has really helped me develop a foundation for my future career.

  • Wesleyan is a great company to work for and I highly recommend it to anyone.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My apprentice programme was well structured and planned through a 18 month training track and regular meetings with the Wesleyan early careers partner.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received great support from my line manager and learning development staff throughout my apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider Birmingham metropolitan college provided great support through tutors visiting my place of work to go through coursework and modules with me.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification provided me with the appropriate business knowledge for a young person getting started at a business.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are plenty of extra-curricular activities available including charity football games and networking events.
