During my apprenticeship at Wesleyan I was involved in a number of activities including minutes and action taking, activity planning and writing reports.
I've learnt a wide variety of admin, management, analyst and people skills. This has really helped me develop a foundation for my future career.
Wesleyan is a great company to work for and I highly recommend it to anyone.
My apprentice programme was well structured and planned through a 18 month training track and regular meetings with the Wesleyan early careers partner.
I received great support from my line manager and learning development staff throughout my apprenticeship.
My training provider Birmingham metropolitan college provided great support through tutors visiting my place of work to go through coursework and modules with me.
My qualification provided me with the appropriate business knowledge for a young person getting started at a business.
There are plenty of extra-curricular activities available including charity football games and networking events.
