  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Our programme is well structured, splitting our time between blocks of training and time in the office. We were given dates in advance for our training so that we could do some preparation and we could enure we make the most of our training. The selected supplier also mirrors this structured approach ensuring we have the required information in advance

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I've been given the support I need to grow from the outset, and the company have ensured that we've always had the information we need. I'm confortable in the knowledge that if i need anything, my line manager, skills manager or mentor will have the details I need - if i dont already have access to them already.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider keep in regular contact to give us information regarding excellent tools to utilise, and ensure that the time we spend on their site is optimised to learning as much as possible - to both pass the test and learn up-to-date techniques too. They are always at the end of an email or phone call too which is very reassuring.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a plethora of extra-curricular activities to be involved in, some of which are free activities to enjoy, others are groups of like-minded people who are looking to build/develop new skills or fix things that are either broken or out of use. e.g. fixing/building an android game that stopped working.
