  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a Credit Controller Level 2 apprenticeship I'm learning how to have good conversations with the customers and how to resolve their debts issues. I'm changing teams every couple months to learn as much as possible and to get knowledge what different teams are doing. Work is based on a contact with the customers on a daily basis.

  • The structure of the programme is well organised. At the beginning you have around 6 weeks learning time in the sessions room with different tutors who are welcoming you within a business and providing with the basic knowledge which is needed to start a job. You are also getting the whole plan with a calendar for next 1,5 year. Then you are getting into to the job with help from your colleagues and managers and your course is also starting in same time. You are receiving notifications and calendar appointments when something is happening so you are always well informed about everything.
