  • I am a smartfutures programme student. I participated in team building activities and was able to network with people of many different careers and pathways to achieve their career.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • yes i have gained a level 2 cmi qualification in team leadership. I developed my presentation and public speaking skills. Also, I was able to shadow and learn some of the daily tasks completed by the person i shadowed

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i enjoyed working in teams and this enabled me to meet people from all different backgrounds and connect with them. The culture of the work place was really nice everybody was welcoming and friendly.

  • I felt valued and a part of the team my thoughts and questions were all taken into considerations

  • very well organised and structured. everyday was something new and to look forward to.

  • They were very helpful and guided us through the daily tasks of each day. They were always positive and encouraged us to be the best we possibly could be and do.

  • Recieved a genuine amount of support a very positive experience

  • wages met my needs the money covered all my travel costs and much more

  • yes there are many alumni events for example the young womens network

  • it was a great experience opened my eyes to the working world , allowed me to meet new people and gain and develop transferable skills


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • tale your time during the interview there is no rush or panic try and preplan any events or activities you have previously completed that would look valued and good to the interviewer
