Smart Futures Review

This was the EY Smart Futures Programe where I learned how to become a good leader, gained differient skills and experienced what working in the business world feels like.

Yes. I have gained the CMI leadership degree which represents that I learned how to be a leader, I gained team building and working skills and also developed my communication skill.

I loved the programme and apperently I was good at it also because I got the most improved award.

I feel valued by EY because they gave me a mentor for a year after the programme ended.

Very well structured because we did everything we plan to do and everything went according to plan.

I recived a lot ofsupport from my training provider because whenever I asked for help they helped me.

I recived a fair amount of support from my employer.

Quite well because the only costs i had was the tram ticket and i recived a lot more than that from EY.

Yes. We get invited to differient events outside of the programme. But most of them and for the womens rights.

Because it helps improve them and underestand the working world and a business.

Make sure you make your application form very detailed and also on the telephone interview make sure you speak with confidence and prepare before it. If you get it, you will have a very good experience.
