My role varies day to day, I move around doing various projects which I great because it allows me to work with many different people and expand my network. I am seen as an integral part of the business and the work I do is of value to the company and I have regular review meetings to discuss my work and the future work I will complete

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am constantly developing my communication and interpersonal skills aswell as developing my presentation skills. Skills are constantly developed while working for morrisons and they encourage you to excel providing you with a mentor to improve this also.

Choosing this apprenticeship was the best decision I have ever made!

Integral! I feel like I’m important and needed by the company.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Perfectly organised and there is a structure led by you meaning the world truly is your oyster.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

Have a mentor, line leader and a buddy who I spend a lot of time with helping me move through the ranks as well as allowing me to do the jobs I want to do!

Everyone is so friendly, it’s like a family and everyone is caring and wants you to succeed.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

I have plenty of money and certainly earn more than other apprenticeships advertised. I pay rent, commute, have a girlfriend (she costs a bomb), and food, car insurance etc and I still have easily enough money to save a month.

9. Would you recommend Morrisons to a friend?

Yes

I already have recommended this to many friends, it’s the best decision I have ever made and I will be staying with the company for a long time!
