  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a Networks Degree Apprentice at BT and my role includes integrating our core network of routers across the UK. My daily tasks include speaking to engineers on the phone and making appropriate changes to the network to bring new equipment and products into service. I work with a wide range of different people who support apprentices amazingly treating them as any other employee. Other opportunities are also avaliable and for example, I am London’s Apprentice Attraction Lead and I visit local schools and events to talk about apprenticeships and what we do at BT.
