Everyday in EY I learn a new soft skills by completing activities with other students on the programme and I have networked with DS Smith

i have learnt how to improve my presentation skills by completing challenges in groups to perform in front of people who work full time at EY.

i enjoyed my work experience at EY because i worked within a team who helped each other to create a safe and efficient working environment.

i feel very valued by EY because all of my ideas have been taken into consideration and i have been given helpful feedback during the course of 3 weeks to help me grow and develop as an individual.

it was organised to a certain extent as we followed an agenda to a strict deadline everyday, however at DS Smith their communication needs to be improved as they were confused about who sent us and why.

support was very good

not a lot as they weren't available to us all the time when we needed them.( DS Smith)

it is good because EY covered the costs of our travel and fully funded our meals during our time with them
