  • I enjoyed it a lot, meeting a lot of likeminded people with similar ambitions

  • A lot, they allowed us access to anywhere in the building and talk to any worker which shows the trust

  • Sometimes not structured, left alone when tasks get completed too quick

  • Huge amount, mentor has been a great touch to the programme

  • Employer was a great host made us feel welcome and comfortable and allowed us to do tasks that others do.

  • Good paid opportunity, the skills learnt from programme are worth a lot more.

  • A lot of people may be isolated and not know where to look, this programme is great as it has alumni events coming up
