EY Smart Futures Intern Review

We visited clients and focused on a team leadership project to get a cmi qualification. We were taught general personal finance and interview skills.

I have become more confident, have mastered several interview techniques and have improved my communication skills.

I enjoyed it very much as I became used to the people in the team so everyone got on with each other by the end.

We were treated like employees the entire time we were there which made me feel like a professional and respected.

There was always something for us to do whether it was typing up our learning logs or learning how to be a leader.

There were always people from EY ready to help us and answer our questions when needed.

The salary really helped when travelling meeting clients in the final week.
