  • We visited clients and focused on a team leadership project to get a cmi qualification. We were taught general personal finance and interview skills.

  • I have become more confident, have mastered several interview techniques and have improved my communication skills.

  • I enjoyed it very much as I became used to the people in the team so everyone got on with each other by the end.

  • We were treated like employees the entire time we were there which made me feel like a professional and respected.

  • There was always something for us to do whether it was typing up our learning logs or learning how to be a leader.
