  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I worked with the talent team where My role was to come up with a idea to improve the ey career Instagram page, on my first day I had a look at the Instagram page in order to see what it is doing great and if I find anything standing out, I also looked at several other Instagram pages such as ITV careers and KPMG careers in order to get an insight of what they are doing differently to EY.One's I had all my advantages and disadvantages, I made a plan of what I will be putting on each slide I did this for 2 days, then I researched on what stands out on a social media page, the people within my team really helped me because they gave me a lot of ideas on how I can approach the task and that I wasn't overloaded with work.
