  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I had completed a CMI qualification and had a week where I did work experience with the financial crimes sector. I was with the risk management team and was given a task of conducting a mock risk assessment. I had met many members from the team from senior management to grad scheme students. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel as if I was part of the team and not just some college student who was with them for a short time period. At the end I had to present a presentation on the risk assessment I carried out during the week to my team and they gave me positive feedback and constructive criticism. The experience was great.
