  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I was part of the income team in the finance department. I would attend meetings with the team or the other work experience students. I had time to work no my presentation for the end of the week. I would do more research on things that I did not understand in the meetings or find the definition of certain words for the next meeting.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I learnt more about what exactly M&G Investments does. I learnt how to book meeting sand reserve rooms that will help me in the future. I grew more confident and my communication skills also improved as I had to interact with other colleagues. Furthermore, I had to prepare a presentation that I would present to the other work experience students and workers.
