Its retail so putting out stock and tills mainly in the first year then managent in year 2 and 3
Better customer service and just generally brought out my confidence a lot
i love it everyday i learn something new
my store makes me feel very valued and give me encouragement all the time

they treat staff so well
Its a lot of hard work so you have to be prepared and not to expect a shift to be easy
