    • Its retail so putting out stock and tills mainly in the first year then managent in year 2 and 3

    • i love it everyday i learn something new

    • my store makes me feel very valued and give me encouragement all the time

    • yeah very well always planning ahead so we know the next steps

    • yeah working with aldi and in a management retail apprenticeship opens alot of opportunities

    • they treat staff so well

    • Its a lot of hard work so you have to be prepared and not to expect a shift to be easy
