As an apprentice on the 3 year programme, your Monday's are spent at university as you are balancing your job and your degree qualification. The rest of the week, Tues - Fri, you'll be with your project engaging in real life work!
A lot of essential skills I have developed so far including bettering my communication skills but mainly my networking skills. Making yourself stand out and ensuring people are aware of who you are is extremely important to go where you want to in the apprenticeship.
Very enjoyable
Highly valued. They make sure all the support apprentices and all other employees need is available whenever it is required.
Has undergone a few changes however now it is much more stable with the implementation of new factors.
Apprentices can always ask tutors for help as they are always available. They make time to ensure we all receive the necessary help.
Support from my employer is very good, all support needed is there for you and there this never a shortage in this.
The salary is quite good, however some people may need to travel and therefore travel can have a big impact on that.
There are always networking events and also extra curricular activitie that you can engage in within accenture.
Yes
Fantastic way to begin your career with one of the worlds leading consultancy questions while earning a competitive salary, gaining valuable work experience and a degree qualification.
You do not need to have a technical background, be sure to always have a can - do attitude as all the support you need is there.
